Design an Access db for Entering Customer Information

I have been developing MS Access solutions and applications for my workplace for the past 6 years, during this time I have been in charge of: designing, planning, implementing and maintaining given databases that people use as a daily tool on different departments. I have information coming in from DB2, SQL and Oracle Databases as well as SharePoint tables.
