Develop a wordpress plugin

Develop a wordpress plugin for me that shows 3-d s-l-i-d-e-r as pls refer to [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , 3d Slider for wordpress 1. Slider should work for all mobile phones and browsers. 2. It should be responsive to sliding effect. 3. I don't have any programming skills, it should be easy to setup and add photos or text to user. 4. There should be following sliding effects. a. Classic b. Spiral bottom c. Spiral top d. Concave e. Carousel f. Cube 5. There should be infinite Scroll with autoscrolling effect. 6. User can upload unlimited images. 7. When user delete any image, that image should store in bakeup folder. 8. User can write any type of text on images with any font size and font style. 9. When mouse pointer move on the image, images should move to the mouse pointer direction at some instance. 10. User can apply this slider on any page or with different location present on the page (Except header and footer). 11. There should be disable/enable autoplay. 12. User can customize the sliding effect as per users requirement. The customization contain any type of effect, upload images, apply text on image. Applied customize effect should store in database and listing in drop-down list. 13. User can create multiple scrolling effect and store it. Wherever user need that effect, user can use it with shortcode. 14. There should be drop-down box for selecting different effects with shortcode. 15. User can set the sliding window as per requirement. Window should contain height and width. Complete php code should be delivered to us. There should not be any licensing term. Developer should explain the plugin to me as I am new. New Developer please do not apply, I am looking for an expert.
