We've already an app (website and mobile) which gets data from a server and display it. However, it takes too much time to load because of the images size. We need someone to write a function for us which does the following:
1 - store the images in different sizes: original, and cropped and compressed without loosing quality.
2 - load the data (not all at once) in both the website and the mobile app. In mobile, save data in local storage (cash) so that it doesn't has to get it every time the page loads.
3 - refresh the data by getting only new added data and the old updated data and again store it in the local storage (cash).
