eCard (christmas card) + some modification + payment gateway

Hello.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING!

I have an HTML template that is skipped in 50/50% and can bee seen here:

What I need to be done is this:

1.) I need some simple backed/admin panel for the system.

2.) The admin panel has to be able to do this:

a.) Add/Edit/Delete other admin users.

b.) Change text/poem (Default text that is sent with every eCard)

c.) See track of how many emails are sent (Count)

d.) How the ecards are paid: Transfer via bank transfer or paid with online payment gateway

e.) Keep track of all buyers how many emails were purchased, name of buyer, and email.

f.) If payment type is choosen "Bank transfer" admin can mark it paid.

g.) Change prices of single eCart, add packages like 10emails+ then some discount.

3.) The frontend will be skipped in 50/50 on other half is the form what people fill out, and the other half should be demo of the eCard, and the card should update while the form is filled.

4.) The eCard will be deliverd via Mandrillapp(SMTP) service with API.

5.) The frontend will contain "Textarea" box where emails can be copied/pasted in that box but there should be some javascript that will calculate how many email's are listed in that textarea box and have the price (Example: 10x65=650 USD)

6.) If the form is submitted with payment type "Bank transfer" the email should be sent automatically to all receivers, but if the payment gateway is choosen "Pay via Credit/Debitcard" emails will be sent when payment return "true" that the payment was made.

7.) We need paymentgateway that is simple (Web payments: [login to view URL])

In every email there will be added text/poem that will go with all eCards, and top picture of the eCard that information is set in the admin panel by admin.

Other information will be subbmitted in the form by customers and the additonal text that customers can write in the form are optional, and you can see the form in the top link provided.
