Edit Current Joomla Template and intergrate JomSocial mods and create new mods for community website

I have installed and created the logo of jomsocial professional into my website. The template is also installed but it needs a few modifcations. Most of these things I can do myself but much rather have someone else do them as your ideas could also help. I need the following things done. 1. Add the favicon [login to view URL] the website to only https://www. (causing a few problems for people logging in) [login to view URL] the menu on all pages with pages added. I will create the content for the pages but some will be 4. Intergrate ads for adsense and be able to change it for the future 5. Create two types of posts 6. One of the types will go on the index page when people are logged in and out. 7. Change the index page (for a better layout to incorporate ideas) 8. Have a friend stream on the index page when people are logged in as well 9. Add a news page. 10. Add social share for videos, one type of posts, and images (if user allows). Share buttons should be Pinterest, G+, Facebook and Twitter 11. Make sure #tags are used 12. A way for the community to delete inappropriate posts, videos and images. 13. Intergrate a chat and have a part of the page for people looking for a chat (different name will be used) 14. Users can submit information news. Have social share on this as well. 15. Intergrate user blogs.
