We want to be able to have the SMS and VMS bulk sending capability we have already in play at [url removed, login to view]
There are scripts and folder already made for twilio API
We want to have the same capability at [url removed, login to view]
We assume you can copy code and change few settings to address use on [url removed, login to view]
We will need to add two new twilio phone numbers and dedicate them to use for voice and sms with auto reply etc..
Currently we only have a few voices to choose from, "Alice" being the best in most cases.

current code attached that used on other site. We will have to edit script to run when a quote is requested on [url removed, login to view] and also be able to upload bulk to sms/voice
