Editing and IT support

I have a book that needs minor amendments in kindle, print and epub versions ( under 10 minor amendments) I currently have these versions in my dropbox but am having trouble downloading the files - apparently I don't have the correct applications to be able to download the documents and therefore am currently unable to edit them. I am happy to pay someone on an hourly basis to help me with this - it's not a huge job by any means. There is the possibility of further marketing, website, and IT support work following this successful project. I need someone professional, efficient, and communicative to help me please.
