Email Server on VPS

Greetings, I am looking for a freelancer to create for me a mail server on a Virtual Private Server (il would buy that service aside). Here is what i need: 1. A Mail server that will allow to host email accounts using multiple domains and their alliases along with custom error email to return to senders for most common errors (this email user does not exist) The server should allow the user to view email on a web portal (see point 2) or using their own email app (using imap or pop as their choices, support of SPF & dlmi. It should take support of domain alliases too (user@[login to view URL] would also receive email sent to user@[login to view URL], user@[login to view URL], ect…). Cool feature would be to send an sms to the account user mobile phone if an email marked urgent is received in their mailbox. 2. A easy web user interface with login page, two step authentification integrated with twilio. the logo shoulda just based on the user domain name group used (let’s say they sign in using a [login to view URL] email, then de Wadoo logo will display on the top left. the same will do with other domain group. The only part of the website that will update is that logo. All the other interface should be neutral so it could fit any user. The portail would need users to go and request password to be reset and a security code would be sent to their mobile phone (again same integration as above) to authorize the password reset. Then the password would be set up in the web page. A web page when they can request account creation would be great too so we can just login and approuve requests (or make corrections and approuve requests), then an approbation email would be sent directly to the customer with the username, full email address, setup information and temporary password so they can set up their own on first login. Two Step Autentification trough SMS or Call should intervene on each web-based connexion. 5 wrong password attempt in 24 hours and the user should be suspended until admin login on their portail and restore it //or// 24 hours has lapsed since suspension. 3. A admin interface that would permit to manage domains linked to the platform (as alliases or respective main domains), their users, approuve submitted user creation request, create one on admin side, suspend user (prevent login or pop/imap connexions) but still accept emails to this address, blacklist an username so it can’t be used (inappropriate usernames), Close account (then it should reject emails and connexions, but data should stay on the server for 180 days prior deletion (let’s say it is re-opened). After that delay the username should be available again for registration. When setup a new domain to work as a main domains, the logo to use for customization coud be uploaded here. Add or remove domain alliases on the portail would be great too. That is my project, so please give me quotes and come talk to me about it ! The minimum (server + imap/pop/smtp function should be as soon as possible (so it can be used using outlook or mail on iPhone) and all the rest should be ready in 1 month. Thanks Pavel.
