Enable .HTML with joomla 3.4. SEF URLs

We have joomla 3.4. with SEF URLs turned on which appears to work fine and give us our search engine friendly URLs, but we want them to show a "HTML" suffix and they do not. We have [Adds Suffix to URL] turned on yet our SEF friendly URLs do not append the ".HTML" suffix to them. We need a person who know how to fix this right off. This is a quick, easy job for someone who knows how to do this. We need it done right off not tomorrow.
