Import all necessary data except unneccesary data into the new installation(settings, categorys, articles, theme-issues). Focus all the time on SEO for google crawling (links, meta-information, etc) and all ID`s (article and category)for the article-interface which I`ll configue. 2. Adapt the theme depending the existing installation (layout/article view/checkout etc.). Installation need th be upgrade-able. 3. The categorys of this theme is not responsive (bug of the theme). Last time solved that the theme-provider for small cash, this could be done by you if you can handle this. The new installation should look and work identical to the old installation in the first step, this is the task. Checkout function and interfaces will be configured by myself.
