I am using Wordpress with the plugins Learndash, BBPress, WooCommerce, etc. to sell online courses.
Here is what I need you to do, please only apply if you are capable of custom PHP programming on Wordpress and willing to test the system for functionality after your work is done.
1. BBPress forums should be added to two courses and only be visible to the participants of these courses. When a student posts something in the forum, the lecturer should get an email. If the lecturer responds, the student should get an email. You would need to set this up and test it, so that we can be sure it works. In case something doesn't work, PHP customisation might be needed, but it should be on-board functionality of BBPress.
2. Learndash provides the option for students to upload assignments. You would need to make sure that a lecturer gets an email when a student uploads an assignment and that the lecturer can post a comment on the assignment. Once the assignment has been rated by the lecturer, the student gets an email advising him on this. This functionality should be also be on-board functionality, but we have never tested it, so you would need to set the plugin up and test it, and if it doesn't work, do the PHP customisation.
3. We would also like to have lecturers be able to login to the Wordpress back-end and see the assignments that need to be rated. Tweaking on the template might be necessary to allow lecturers access to the back-end.
Basically, most of this should be on-board functionality. However, in case something doesn't work, I would expect you to do a PHP work-around. We also have the Uncanny-Owl Premium Plugins, which can help with Learndash functionality.
I have setup a clone of my live-website as a test environment, so you can work on that. Please make sure to keep documentation about what you are doing, so we can later imeplement it on the live site.
My budget is 50 USD.
