Fix checkout Opencart site -- 2

I need to make some changes to my Opencart template before uploading it to the root directory and replacing it with the current site. I purchased and installed a Template and some Premium Modules (Ajax checkout, etc) but this needs some changes: The checkout must be modified according to the instructions in the attached files.
