Fix PayPal to Wordpress IPN error

I’m having an error between PayPal and WordPress. Following PayPal processing payment from my cart, PayPal then sends an IPN (Instant Payment Notification) back to my carts receiver “paypal response”.
There is an error within the receiving code which is not accepting the advise from PayPal.
I need someone to fix the code to ensure PayPal and my website is communicating correctly.
