Some of these systems date as far back as windows 95, 98, me etc.. and Mac OS 8/9/10. As long as the browser can support flash 7 minimum we can provide this service to the people. The system will be HTML based and must be available for browsers that can run flash video files (flv). The users must be able to register and login to upload videos via there authenticated account.
