Hello, I am looking to build a freelancer type website which will specialise in certain services. I'd like for very similar features to what is available on freelancer.com. Features like: Raise job request, businesses to bid on jobs, member and admin portals, payment integration (Paypal), job add ons such as private listings, priority listings etc at a fee. All very similar to what is available now on freelancer.com. I would however like the website to be based on an open source platform with the use of Addons or Extentions where possible to reduce customised development. I am thinking along the lines of Magento, WordPress, Shopify etc... I will work with the selected developer through out the project to ensure project success. I will share process flows, use cases etc..

Hi, Although you wanted Wordpress or Magento like CMS to make this platform but I am unsure of their performance. They are considered good for small scale sites and transaction. With compare to freelancer.com, we belive to use Custom technologies like Laravel to avoid any slow loading, transaction failure, huge customer set up and simultaneous transctions.
