Friendly GUI for data intranet system

Hello, I have a data system that is very basic (databased [login to view URL]), it is based on mysql, it has almost everything, I just need to add 4 modifications. modification 1: the system already includes groups and users, permissions, etc, I need that certain users can be able to modify certain values, that is, that they do not have access to modify all the values within a registry. modification 2: I need that every registry to show a log that will appear at the end of the record, which user last modified the record and which field. modification 3: when filling a record (series of data inputs inside a table), an interface appears without field titles, I need that the titles are visible, so that the user who is going to feed the system, has an idea of ​​where it is going every information. modification 4: finally, that when a user selects a record, a new page appears or pop up with the data of that record, vertically, with the option to print.
