Get tracking information (Tracking # and Shipper) for products shipped directly to my customers by my distributor

Hi,
I have this website ([url removed, login to view]). Some of my products are directly shipped by my distributor to my customers. My distributor gave me an API and PHP code so I could get the tracking information (Tracking # and shipper) back to my customer order pages (please see attached files). Today I have to login to my distributor account page and copy and paste all the tracking information back to my magento which is time consuming.
Here is the code that my distributor gave me:
