GoIP sms server / servidor sms GoIP

We have several GoIP devices that contain several SIM cards for which we want to send SMS. These Goip devices are manufactured by the company DBLtek ([login to view URL]) These devices have a web application with several webservices. One of them is [login to view URL] that allows sending SMS through the GoIP device indicating: User Password Provider Destination phone Message text Sim number of the GoIP where the SMS has to go. What I need: 1.- A WS similar to [login to view URL], but which does not have to indicate the number of sim where the SMS has to come from, if not the WS itself that knows where the SMS should come from (ie the SIM that is free at that time) The web application has an option called "Bulk Send From File", in which it loads, through an xml, several sms with different numbers and texts. This option works as we want, since when loading the SMS, it is the WS that is responsible for seeing that SIMs are free to send each SMS. We need the same thing but without having to load the numbers in an xml. Every time the WS is executed, it is responsible for seeing that SIMs are not busy. 2.- This application also contains a daemon called "goipcron" that is responsible, among other things, to check the DLR (Delivery report) of the SMS delivered to users. When the end user receives the SMS, this daemon updates a table as it has been received. We need to also save the date with which that table has been updated. Lo que necesito: 1.- Una WS similar a [login to view URL], pero al que no tenga que indicar el numero de sim por donde tiene que salir el SMS, si no que sea el propio WS el que sepa por donde tiene que salir el SMS (osea la SIM que este libre en ese momento) La aplicacion web dispone de una opcion que se llama "Bulk Send From File", en el que carga a traves de un xml, varios sms con distintos numeros y textos. Esta opcion funciona tal y como queremos, ya que al cargar los SMS, es el WS el que se encarga de ver que SIMs estan libres para hacer el envio de cada SMS. Nosotros necesitamos lo mismo pero sin tener que cargar los numeros en un xml. Cada vez que se ejecute el WS, se encargue de ver que SIMs no estan ocupados. 2.- Esta aplicacion tambien contiene un demonio llamado "goipcron" que se encarga, entre otras cosas, de comprobar el DLR (Delivery report) de los SMS entregados a los usuarios. Cuando el usuario final recibe el SMS, este demonio actualiza una tabla como que se ha recibido. Necesitamos que se guarde tambien la fecha con la que se ha actualizado esa tabla.
