Google Analytics - Logged in User ID analytics

We want to use Google Analytics USER_ID feature to record analytics of logged in user activity. The dashboard is ready, we just need an experienced google analytics and PHP develop to integrate the API and program the API so our logged in users activity and other data points are recorded.
