Google Gform + Gsheet seat booking system

Hi,
I want to create a Gform for employee that wanted to go to office, so from the gsheet respond we can let employee know the total capacity of the seat is available or not on the day they want to reserve.
I also need to show the seat plan side by side with the Gform for the employee visibility and publish on something like simple website, so the developer should be able to create this and tell me how to maintain
