Google Map Category Search Box

On this Google map page you'll see that a visitor can choose a LOCATION and CATEGORY and get a result.

At present the number of categories is very limited. [url removed, login to view]

I want a second "category" box where a visitor can enter ANY category (sauna, horse-riding, shoe store...) and choose one of MY locations and get results.

It should function similar to the Google search box here : [url removed, login to view]

You need to write the code that produces the search box for any category... and produces a list of correct establishments that can be integrated into the map with markers.
