Help me buil a payment processor

I am developing a payment gateway for cs.cart. I can receive the payment notification from the API as success,

but the page does not redirect my payment page to the [login to view URL] payment notification system,

and it is not changing the payment status in the database. Not sure what I have missed. I can share with you the code and you can take a look at this.

I need to do the testing from here since and I can not share credentials from [login to view URL], Let me know if you can help me, and how much you will change.
