Help to configure ffmpeg with php, it's installed in CentOS 6

I have trouble making ffmpeg to work correctly in CentOS 6 Linux VPS(it's already installed on the server). You must know PHP for sure, video on a website, flash/video player etc, I would prefer php exec command to run it. You must be able to make it work. Write the correct command line with PHP, and test it on the server.
The ffmpeg must be able to convert "all" video formats. You should know and provide me the info how to convert and compress the video, know the best quality, codecs etc. Must be able to provide support/guarantee your work until ffmpeg works without any problems:

Current code php example:

and errors: Argument 'ffmpeg' provided as input filename, but '/usr/lib64/php/modules/[url removed, login to view]' was already specified.
Comes handy if you know how to show videos on the web, flash players etc.
