Help Needed with a Joomla Directory Website

The website you will be building is a directory in Joomla. The design is not important. The most important task is the seamless integration of the registration process with profile of the user and posting listing.

Take a look closely so that we avoid unnecessary questions. We are looking for cheap variant here and that's why we are using joomla. For now, we are looking to integrate into the template that directory and make sure that everything function properly. In the second phase, we are planning mobile application, but first, we want this website built and you are biding on the website only.
GENERIC BIDS WILL BE IGNORED! So, read project description and tell what and how you will build me that website.
Before accepting project you agree to work on the project until I'm fully satisfied. I 'm not unreasonable, but, i don't want half-finished projects! Budget is moderate since we have cms and already good enough directory so there won't be building from the bottom but rewriting and adding some of the codes.
