My name is Don Shin, and I’m the marketing manager of our company, K-Tech.
K-Tech is located in South Korea, and we are the biggest 3d printing reseller in Korea.
I created our website: [login to view URL] using wordpress, using a premium theme called Ronneby.
Website load speed has always been an issue for me. Trust me, I couldn’t sleep some nights (still do sometimes) because of this thought.
I take pride in our website, but I am not a developer of any sort, so I am not very familiar with the technical aspects.
However, I have done everything I could, within my knowledge since the website speed has always been an issue for me.
Our website’s been live for over 6 months now, I implemented lot of automated integrations with mailchimp, contactform 7, livechat, etc..
I did a lot of searching online and also have implemented cloudflare with our domain (using the $20 plan), with numerous caching plugins, wpfastestcache is what I settled with.
I installed and deleted countless plugins, and so on, trying to minimize the load speed.
I know that the template we are using (Ronneby) is not the lightest wordpress theme, however changing the theme is not a viable option for me at this point because over 100 pages are already made using this theme.
Also we mainly use slider revolution for our main page, I am sure this could be one of the reasons our webpage load is slow.
Also we use Ubermenu for the top menu, which loads lots of images and blog posts, and even a contact form 7 form within the menu.
(One of the problems that annoy me is that this menu loads first while the whole page is blank, I think it’s pretty heavy, but removing this plugin is not a viable option too)
I am sure that these are the main plugins causing somewhat of a slow load.
I tried everything possible to minimize elements, installing lighter plugins within my knowledge.
So all in all, what you see at [login to view URL] is what you get, and I wonder if you could optimize our website speed in this status.
I am looking for an expert who could look into our wordpress site and see if you can optimize our website load.
Your expertness would be greatly appreciated, and it would finally help me sleep better!

Are you taking about the page loading speed of 15 secs? This might be due to server setting. I think you should opt for CDN settings which will help improve your server speed.
