HIRING BUSINESS PARTNER - WEB DEVELOPER (FRONT/BACK-END)

This is a FULL TIME BUSINESS PARTNER RELATIONSHIP! I am looking for a Front/Back-End Web Developer (Software Development/Mobile App Development is a plus). I am a professional Graphic Designer, who graduated from SCAD (Top 10 Art & Design University in the World). I am looking for a BUSINESS PARTNER to do all of the coding for all clients / projects. Required: PSD to HTML, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Database Management, FTP. Currently I have hired a Marketing / Advertising Director, so we should be getting so clients / projects shortly. I have the website designed, it just needs to be coded. I have a temporary Web Development Portfolio setup on the domain for now, until I find the Business Partner who would like to Code the website.
