Improve event certificate generator system

I have an existing certificate generator system. system is running on php, mysql

where sports event participants can input their name and email

and the system will generate their certificate and email them.

The admin section is also very simple

- only can see the list of emails and name and whether the user has opt for mailing list

- problem now, for each event, i need to create a sub domain which is tedious.

What I need to be upgraded:

Admin Section

- can create event

- upload certificate jpg

- select option (fun event / pro event)

- in pro event, the certificate will have verification input

- in fun event, the user can generate any name they want

- able to compose the email for each event, sent to the user (html enabled)

- able to set duration for the time they can generate their certificate

User section

- can select event they participated

- input their details and generate the certificate
