Inject variables into CMS Static block - customer´s data

Hi,
We installed a widget that opens a modal (pop-up) on some ecommerce pages through a static block using the wysiwyg editor. We need to capture the following user data if he/she is logged in:
1- {{var customer_code}}
2- {{var customer_name}}
3- {{customer_email}}
And when a purchase is completed, we need more this data:
4- {{order_number}}
5- {{total_order}}
We want to use tags {{var variable}} in the static block as in the attached widget
So we need someone who can create what's needed (modules, templates, whatever is necessary), so that the values of the variables are populated dynamically in the static block every time the page loads.
If the client is not logged in, populate everything with null
If the customer is logged in but has not completed purchase, fill in the_order_id and total_order with null
