Internet shop Joomla (JoomShopping) + 4PX logistic integration

Online shop on Joomla 3.4.8. + JoomShopping 4.12.3. Integration with API of 4PX logistic company is needed. The current goal is preparing shipment orders automatically with manual confirmation. The shop owner has IT background and accounting system experience without real experience in online trading. The logistic company API is described in Chinese with English duplication (API parameters) There is a testing sandbox for debugging. The requirements to the implementors: minimal experience with logistics, business processes online store. Experience with accounting systems is welcome. A dedicated budget is subject to discussion. Reasoned implementor supposes and offers are welcome. Online-shop description There is several goods name(less than 10). Goods are selling over the World. A logistic warehouse is situated in China. The US and EU warehouses are possible in the future. Logistician company [login to view URL] has a personal cabinet for manual orders submitting and API. The online shop uses prepaid forms of payment (PayPal, banking cards). Order processing. A buyer makes his/her order with standard JoomShopping features. Shop clerk processes the order, clarifies all the necessary details and confirms the order. After that, the order should be sent to 4PX automatically. Original order number should be stored in "Reference" field in the sent order to warehouse. Order status from 4PX (received, packed, sent, on the way, delivered etc) should be reflected in original buyer order status for the buyer information. Order processing history should be recorded and stored. Shop clerk should have a possibility to write remarks, bound to the buyer order. Any possible buyer disputes should be noted as text remark with the current date. Shop business processes will be updated in the future as necessary. Significant improvements are paid separately. The technical assignment document or program specification are paid separately. 4PX API document is attached to the job.
