Do you want to exclude products that are not present in one of the warehouses (let's say it's a main warehouse), or is there some more complex logic for including/excluding products? To develop the inventory stock list system for the current warehouses. The system to handle the current three warehouses System will retrieve the data through FTP. (System will poll the ftp folder at a predetermined interval to retrieve the txt./csv files) Based on the stock, the system will display the stock details as: - per product stock for each warehouse - total stock Products are matched based on SKU. So the stock database to be updated using the SKU as the ke. The updation of the stock to be done every hour. (Cron job to be setup for automatic update of stock) Admin can also manually update the stock - upon clicking "Sync stock" the system will retrieve the latest csv from the ftp folder and update the stock. The system can be developed in php/mysql with a suitable Admin theme. Questions: a. Please explain: "Some warehouse files contain more products then the one we need to display so there must be some include or exclude." b. Please provide the warehouse data txt / csv file format example to have a look at. c. In which website you need the system to be implemented. d. Who accesses the inventory system ?
