We have the content, We have graphics design, we need a Joomla expert to make/find a Template, fill in the content and graphics and make it behave like our example we will provide. We have a preexisting website, [login to view URL] We want to REPLACE it. Drop box will location with [login to view URL] (context words, primary splash page with sections, linking out to about 8 pages, like contact page, about us, collection forms, form manager been installed on joomla, and thank you page, etc.) Media of png, jpg, psd for the graphics in super sized to smaller are available. Corp color schema and primary logos are done. Need a Joomla expert to tie it all together.

Hello, If i understood correctly, you need a joomla theme created out of the graphics you already have (psd files, images..) and the content filled. Pretty much straightforward. Relevant Skills and Experience I have more than 7 years of experience with joomla, 10 with php. :) i am perfect for the project, just matter is if you are interested in my offer or not, i am doing all the time just joomla things from core programming to templating everything i do. Relevant Skills and Experience Joomla, HTML, PHP, CSS, PhotoShop, you didnt mention Photoshop skill for this project, but to make/remake graphics it will need.
