Magento Magmi Import products from a csv file

I have a Magento 1.9.3.4 website.
I want to import multiple products from a .csv file. This .csv file contains 13 attributes and multiple products with these attributes. I attached the .csv file ([login to view URL]) where you can see the products that need to be imported or updaded if the script runs multiple times.
Around 10 attributes are Magento basic product attributes and the other ones are custom product attributes. I uploaded a text file where I explained all attriutes ([login to view URL]).
I will also need to import the images from the other website, image link comes in the .csv for each product. Images must be downloaded by magmi and uploaded to the "media" folder automatically.
I want you to configure the Magmi script in order to import these products or update them if we run the script later after the products exist in the database.
You can test the Magmi script on your website and then send it to me when you're done. I won't give you access to my website.
