Mailwizz Blacklist issues: Check and resolve the problem

No new entries are being posted on my Mailwizz blacklist resource and they haven't been added for about a month. The individual email "sends' are reporting bounces as usual, but they are not (as in the past) recording and appearing on the blacklist monitor.
This task obviously is for someone familiar enough with Mailwizz to understand what I am explaining.
