Monetized UPG

*PLEASE READ FULL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND NEEDS BEFORE BIDDING OR BE IGNORED* I am looking to spend like $40-$50 on this project. I am looking to add a MONETIZED UPG (User Post Gallery) to my website. LANDING PAGE: Infinite Scroll Gallery of user submitted images. IMAGE SIZE: 4x4px and allow it to fill up all the space. HEADER MENU PAGES: "About" - "Contact Us" - "Terms & Conditions" - "Privacy Policy" HEADER BUTTON: In the top Header section I would like a BUTTON that says "POST NOW" When users press this button, they will have to pay a fee (PayPal, Stripe, and if you can, Bitcoin) in order to upload a (1) picture. Once the user pays, they will be allowed to upload 1 picture to the gallery. No categories needed or anything else. No registration needed, but will need a database. Super simple and some what bland. I would also like documentation that tells me where the code locations are. Once again this is a very easy project to do, I just don't have the time to do it myself because I am doing other projects. Once complete, please zip the file so I can inspect it. If all is well, then I will release funds. Once again, I am looking to spend like $40-$50 on this project. I am a programmer, and I just need some help. I am not a novice to get taken advantage of with price. If everything is agreeable, and your work is good, I can offer you more projects with better pay.
