Nedd to update remote and local database

I have a local database which is getting updated regularly.. I need to get my remote database updated as local database is being updated, direct acess to database is not possible. You should update data to some php file running in server and that php should update remote database Our problem is that we are dealing with dynamic ip so can't acess database directly, instead we need to update some php file made in that server and that php should update database The program in local end (mysql) should work in background and any system restart shouldn't effect it.. It should autostart inbackground
