Hello I have gone through your requirement and interested working with same. I have in house own team and manage your work as well as . lets can we talk to your current app which you want to outsource. here give you answer about your question 1) I have team leader so each of app i will provide team leader to mange app with you 2) generally we are using Postman method to check the api's, in android HTTP3 we are using normally. in even we are using any one library for the api's. because lots of library available 3) if you make api then i need all parameter name with passing format 4) We are using Native . hi a) for user authorisation when app open we get detail from server . If deveice token change or auth token change then we logoout from the app. if only happen when user deactivate there push notifications. If push on at that time we get logout from app when push come B) For api integration we use alomafire for swift and afnetworking for objective c c) for php end we need web services name, there parameters and method name like get, post . if php developer provide postman collection that will be benifical d) For ui integration we use MVVM model.
