Below is the detailed description of the web app to be developed: ● The web app is for the members of the financial society. ● The customer needs a web portal which will be built in Laravel framework. ● This platform will be used for maintaining credit and debit passbook information of account holders or members of the society who are depositing and withdrawing funds on a regular basis. ● Through this platform they will be able to see the details of their till date transactions done through their account. ● To become a member , the customer needs to visit the nearest branch and register there to open their [login to view URL] the Kyc verification they will receive a sms for successful account creation of the organization along with username , password and account details. ● Once they pass the kyc check they can login and see their account details ● The admin Panel of the app will have the access of the registered member and he will create a user account through which the new members will be able to login . ● The Kyc Panel will also be to add and delete a user. The kyc details will be downloadable for future keepsake. ● The login will be done through the registered mobile number and the password shared through sms with the member. If the user doesn’t remember the ● The kyc page will ask the member to share the below mentioned information. 1. Name 2. Mobile Number 3. Email ( Not compulsory) 4. Address 5. Copy of Bank statement for past 6 months 6. Aadhar card 7. Pancard ● The user after successful login will be able to see his profile , his basic kyc details., Statement, ● The Kyc will be scrutinized by the kyc panel. And after verification of each document a green tick will appear. ● The member will deposit a fixed amount monthly to the account and will receive 7% of The kyc verified members will be able to see and download their monthly or annual statement which will show the amount debited as well as [login to view URL] amount can only be withdrawn after a [login to view URL] will be no withdrawal before completion of a year. Loan section ● There will be a loan section where members can request for loan for double the amount of investment. Loan Eligibility needs to be discussed in detail . The loan can be only applied after the completion of 1 year of membership. Eg: A member has invested INR 1000 for each month for a [login to view URL] total amount invested is INR 12000 . The loan eligibility is INR 24000 . The loan will be paid through the branch directly. ● The Sms will be sent to the member everytime when the amount is credited or debited in his account & at the time of opening and closing of account. Website : ● The website will be a basic 3 page website. Home page About us Page Contact us Page The website will have a login button through which users will be directed to the web app. ● We will also be providing the web hosting ● A landing page will also be needed which will describe all the services of the society. The home page of the app: some catchy slogans are needed to be in hindi. Rest everything should be in english. NOTE : You can use any technology that is cheap and upgradable (PHP, Laraval)
