I have to design the technical documentation for a webportal solution using Joomla, BlackMonk CMS Zimbra, BlogPlatForm, classified Ads (real estate, cars rental and jobbing).
This pre-project technical document helps me to finalize the business plan I have for that specific products (customed web city portal)
