I need to properly configure a custom navigation code on my site!

Hello! I am an educator working on a second website and i am currently developing the site with the Avada theme. However, i recently purchased a custom code for a navigation menu which i am hoping to configure and set up so that it displays on certain pages of the site, while still giving me the freedom to build such pages with Avadas fusion builder! I contacted my theme support and they said this is a customization that lies outside of their scope and recommended you!

Essentially, i will build the site with Avada but this is an educational website and when students navigate to the "classroom" (specific section of the site where they can learn various topics), i would like this custom navigation that i purchased to be displayed. This way they can easily navigate different topics with a nice clean interface. However, i would still want the freedom to create the actual content of the classroom pages with fusion builder. Please ask for more clarification if something is not clear.
