Need a talented web designer / developer (WP + other)

I am a digital marketing agency with plenty clients looking for website development services. - So I need to hire a talented and experienced web designer / developer or a team of web designers and developers to work hourly on my projects using timer app.
Most projects will be Wordpress - and can be built from scratch or using a premium theme.
BUt I need you to be able to do complex custom edits and customization if needed.
I also have Divi developers license and sometimes that theme can be used.
*** You must have excellent English to be able to understand the exact clients needs and their revision feedback perfectly. (if your English is not excellent, please do not apply) ***
If you can work some hours in EST time zone each day, that is better.
I pay hourly but provide a bonus at the end of each project based on how well the project was completed and how satisfied the client is. please bid accordingly. Fixed pricing can be discussed, but I refer hourly so we don't have to negotiate before each project!
