Need a website built

Hello, I need to have a website build. I'll provide pretty much all the screens as Sketch files. Before starting, we'll have a details specifications document but here is the basic breakdown of what I need to have built. 1. Score tracker._ This is simple. We're going to track the decrease of a score. The user will enter a new score every month or so and we want to track the rate of the decrease and graph it out. 2. notifications. The user will get notifications (likely sms) for dosages 3. dosage scheduling: we need a calendar that will handle scheduling supplement and medicinal dosages. We should be able to enter a plan and then auto schedule it where we pick a schedule to go every day or monday -friday. We should be able to drag and drop this to different times of the day. the scheduling will be the core section or the application 4. We'll have the user enter symptoms. So we need to have a symptom tracker. We should be able to track the frequency at which symptoms are occurring and then see a graphical representation of this. Same thing for milestones. We should be able to track and then have a graphical representation of it 5. We should be able to add notes everywhere..notes to the dosages, notes to the symptoms. 6. Nutritional where we'll have the nutritional breakdown of the supplements added to the system. I'll give you all the supplements and nutritional information for you to put in a database. The core functionality is all about tracking various dosages and then being able to graph results and look at the progress of relief from symptoms. We'll obviously need an admin section to manage users, etc. We'll have a user profile.
