Online Video Streaming Wordpress with Ecommerce

I need a site with video streaming functionality, so only one person can stream. Something very simple, but with 2 main characteristics.

1) The "PERFORMER" control panel, where the performer can:

-Connect his webcam and broadcast video directly on the main page of the site, to all visitors

-Choose between the modes of public transmission (to all visitors) or private (only for members)

-Chat with site visitors

-See who entered the chat room

-Block visitors

-See how many registered members are online

-See in real time when a member buy in the virtual store (ecommerce)

2) Accounts for "MEMBERS"

-Using an integration with WooCommerce, web visitors can register as members, paying a monthly membership

-As members, users can see when the "performwe" transmits in private mode

-Members can access secret parts of the site

-Members can buy virtual gifts from the e-commerce store

These features will be implemented in an existing wordpress page. The sketch of the page design of the performer and members page is given in .PSD or PNG format. Although you can use that design or implement a better one.

If this project works for everybody, we can work with you to develop more functionalities

This project is scalable to allow more "performers" and to have more functionalities, so we are looking for someone who can stay with us in the long term.
