Paid membership pro integration with NS Cloner pro

We are using Paid Membership Pro for the creation of a paid multisite platform. I need a PHP developer with plugin customisation experience to integrate two wordpress plugins in my multisite network. Paid membership Pro allows users to purchase a site from a front end registration page. Ns Cloner Pro can load a template site in the network at registration. So I need someone to write codes in a separate plugin that will call NS cloner Pro to load a template site when someone pay for a membership from a front end registration page created with paid membership pro.
