2-part job. Work on a wordpress template listing academic journal articles and create an in-page search tool.

1st job. I am looking for someone to help finish a wordpress page template. This particular page will be a collection of academic open access journal articles for a specific topic. There will be subpages that will also be designated for specific journals. I would like to start with one journal ([login to view URL]) to create the first page (collection) as well as the specific journal page. These two pages will be used as a template for the approximately 24 journals. 2nd job. On the main journal article page, I would like to create an in-page search tool that will be able to locate a journal article according to keyword and other tags the article may have. This search tool will search through all the articles that are listed on my site and will display the results. The pages are created using the WPBakery Page builder. Ideally I would like to the person doing the job to continue to use wpbakery page builder. Any questions please ask. First job I would like to pay $50 second job , I am open to negotiate.
