JS and PHP coding - modification of existing code.

I have one JS script file and one PHP file that need to be changed. Looking for someone to code these changes:
Javascript file ([login to view URL]) - Convert the file from one that was designed to support the uploading of images to one that can support video uploads. However do not remove the support for uploading images but rather comment it out for future reuse. Changes must include:
1) Filtering for specific files mime types: .mp3 | .mpa | .mpe | .mpege | .avi | .mov | .mp4 | .m4v | .qt | .mqv
2) any other filtering that you may see necessary to avoid invalid files, scripts or otherwise that could be used to exploit the page
Upload file ([login to view URL]) - Add the following functions:
1) function to check file has valid characters
2) function to limit file name size to 50 characters
3) function to check file extension and mime type
a) file types should only be: .mp3 | .mpa | .mpe | .mpege | .avi | .mov | .mp4 | .m4v | .qt | .mqv
4) a move upload file function to a specific directory 'uploaded/'
5) increase file size limit to 75MB
Two other files ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) are provided to support the changes being requested. No changes are being requested at this time.
