PHP to Scrape directory of HTML Files - Convert into html table - export as CSV

I've got a bunch of html files that I'd like to drop into a folder on my php server, then run a php file that gets a table of particular data from those files, and have the option to hit a button to save that table as a downloadable csv to my desktop.
About 10 of the fields will be the same - everyone will have a name and an email address for example.
About 8 of the fields may not be listed so they'll need to be skipped and left blank. For example, some people may not list a website address, or a mobile phone number so those would be blank in the table that gets created.
