PHP Scrape Script for Google Play Reviews

Write a PHP script that will scrape reviews of a specific App on Google PlayStore and put it in a MySQL DB. Script should work as follows:
1. Update DB with all the reviews and details about date, reviewer etc. into the DB.
2. I should be able to run a CRON job that will update the database with new reviews since last run.
3. Script should not ban my IP address during updates. Throttling should be used within the script.
