Phpfox expert, to modify web and oficial mobile app

I need a phpfox script expert which must dominate php, js, android studio and xcode, to add a search bar with some criteria filters which must be managed and added directly from admincp of the script. (just like admincp>members>Custom fields) So final user of website (which is a social network) can edit the photo and use those criteria filters to edit the photo once they a upload a new photo, and also, they can find photos with that search bar. 2b: I need to change the default friendship system to "following" system, just like Instagram. Phpfox has 2 ways of friendship. One direction friendship which display your feeds to the user you add to friends, but he will not see your feeds until he adds you as a friend. And 2 way direction friendship which works like facebook. none of these works like instagram. So I need you to change the way the feeds are displayed when you add a friends in one way direction mode. Notifications for users you follow should be sent only when the followed upload a new photo. 2c: All of these requirements MUST to work into oficial mobile app which of phpfox, for android and apple. 2d: The programmer must provide me the added code, so I can add it, in case I need it. Payments will be sent only if you finish the job and it works PERFECTLY. Please, don`t accept this proyect if you can`t do this job, because I can`t waste more time and money for "nothing".
