Your project sounds well within my skill range. The time it will take depends on whether there is a simple way to correlate a smaller image to the larger ones. If it will not require any pixel comparison then it should take less than a day. If it requires a form of image comparison I believe that will be quite trivial as well, simply by re-scaling the larger image to the size of the thumbnail and doing a fuzzy pixel-by-pixel test to find the closest match above a certain threshold (since scaling artefacts may be different). That method is assuming the pictures are on the same website and enumerable, if it requires something like reaching out to the web, I believe I can write a script to take advantage of google's reverse image search to find them. The main challenge will be avoiding CAPCHA's and running a headless browser (i.e. PhantomJS) to deal with running the javascript remotely. I believe this will all be possible though. As a new freelancer I am looking to work cheap to build my reputation. However I hold the the quality of my work to a high standard in terms of efficiency, code readability and security.
