Hi, I am an intern at Invesco and I am currently working on a project to conduct live polls on our weekly credit meetings. I've tried several websites online but none have the exact requirements I need. I've written the exact requirements below: A presentation is given on excel about a certain company and a recommendation is outlined. Presentation is given from a computer. Polling needs to be conducted on phones and results displayed on computer. About 20 people answer the poll. Poll only contains 4 questions: Q1 - Do you agree with the recommendation? (Yes or No) - Display results as a pie chart with the option to click in and see who said what. Q2 - What price would you buy at? Q3 - What price would you sell at? - Both results should be displayed the same way. Question answerer should see a scroller from 1-100 (like alarm clock app on phone). Results to be displayed in a line graph. Option to click in and see who said what. Q4 - Additional Comments/Reasoning? Free response question. Whole answer needs to be displayed with who said what. Option to save the information/export to excel or as a pdf. Goes without saying but it needs to be easy to use and visually appealing.

OK. Here is what I will suggest you. First of all I will create you a simple backend where you can add, remove or edit questions if required. And here is how it will work. You create a button and it will show a short for people to enter into their smartphones and start participating. Everytime somebody submits a poll the page will automatically detect beatifully update itself with new information. It will also show progress of how many stared, how many finished and how many left. In the end it will show final result. All this will work seamlessly on a single page from any phone or computer. Let's discuss the details and see if I can suggest you more ideas.

Hey, I have a relatively simple solution that took a couple hours to implement. First you would host a web server from the computer you are doing the presentation on. Then create a simple Html file with the four questions you want answered. Then use a PHP script to gather this data and store it in a CSV file to be imported into the excel file you are using to do the presentation. Send me a message if you're interested. Thanks. - Tyler
